High banking is just like sluicing except you will be using a motor and pump to bring the water to the area that you have slected to work. Set the unit near your working area and level. (ours comes with a 4-leg, fully adjustable stand, with eyebolts so there no tools required) With the pump near the water source connect the intake hose and foot valve. place the foot valve in a 5- gallon bucket and submerge, placing a rock on the foot valve so it wont float. then Connect the pressure hose to the pump and highbanker, prime pump before starting engine.With the engine and pump working properly, water will spray in the hopperbox and down the sluice. start shoveling but not to fast. |
